Adelaide radio ratings: SAFM dives again
Southern Cross Austereo’s Adelaide station SAFM – which took a hit in the previous radio ratings – has taken an even bigger hammering in the latest survey.
The station, which is part of the crisis-ridden Today Network, was down from 9.5% to 7.9% share Monday to Sunday, and was overtaken by two stations – Triple M and Cruise1323, the biggest winner of the survey.
SAFM’s biggest weekday drop came in the crucial breakfast slot, which now consists of two shows following the axing of Craig Annis and Dave ‘Rabbit’ Rabbetts in August.
It fell 2.1 ratings points, from 9% to 6.9% share, according to Nielsen data to 16 September to 20 October and 28 October to 1 December.
Triple M and Nova swapped rankings in the market. A fall of 0.2 percentage points to 9.6% share from Nova allowed Triple M, up 0.3 percentage points to 9.8% share, to creep ahead of it.
Market leader Mix102.3 extended its big lead, nudging up from 15.2% to 15.5% share.
