The announcement:

Adshel today announces that Fiona Walford has been appointed to the position of Client Strategist Australia and New Zealand. She will report to Adshel Sales Director Peter Charlton and takes over responsibility for strategies and business solutions to drive client growth and retention nationally.

Walford brings with her over 20 years experience in the UK media industry both from the agency and media owner side, and has a proven track record in developing and retaining strong business relationships at a CEO/board level with clients such as Mars, Audi, Virgin and Burberry.

Charlton commented: “We are really excited to have Fiona join the Adshel team, not only because of her depth of experience in UK agencies such as MediaCom, but her ability to drive success for clients through robust strategic initiatives and her vast understanding of the pressures and demands faced by marketers today.”

Director of Marketing at Adshel, Nicole McInnes also welcomed Fiona’s arrival: “Optimising the marketing mix is one of the biggest challenges advertisers face, so to have someone of Fiona’s calibre working with us to help deliver compelling and cost-effective advertising opportunities will be hugely beneficial for both Adshel and our customers.”
