Jumptank strategy head Ben Cunnington relocates to Singapore for senior Vizeum role

Screen Shot 2014-11-06 at 3.00.28 PMThe group strategy director of consultancy firm Jumptank, Ben Cunnington, is relocating to Singapore after taking a senior role at Dentsu Aegis-owned media agency Vizeum.

Cunnington will oversee Vizeum’s strategic offering across Asia Pacific in the newly created role of APAC regional strategy director.

The move to Vizeum marks a return to the agency for Cunnington who was previously its strategy director in Australia. He also worked closely with Dentsu Aegis during his time at Jumptank as it supports Dentsu’s media agencies in Australia.

Cunnington said: “Having worked at Vizeum I was aware of its innovative and entrepreneurial culture, so I was delighted to take on the role of strategy lead for APAC.

“During my time at Jumptank we constantly pushed the boundaries by combining technology, strategy and creativity to drive our clients businesses. I’m looking forward to building strong connections between people and brands for our clients, and being part of Vizeum’s growth into a key player in the region.”

Cunnington has 16 years’ experience in media, having held planning roles for media agency MEC, Starcom and Vizeum’s sibling agency Carat. He moved into strategy in 2006 as a communications strategist for Naked Communications.
