Aldi promotes price reductions with new campaign from BMF

Aldi is promoting its price reductions with a series of new ads created by BMF featuring people unable to control their facial reactions as they hear about the discount supermarket’s price reductions.

The reductions focus on products at the centre of family life from beef mince to washing powder.

An Aldi spokesperson said in a statement: “We were looking for an idea that stood out from the usual ‘was & now’ work and we feel that this campaign has truly delivered on this.”

The campaign consists of a a series of TV spots which launched over the weekend. The commercials are supported by an outdoor campaign as well as as well as catalogue, POS and digital display.

The campaign runs across media planned and bought by Maxus.
