Australian branded entertainment firm Milkmoney opens in Singapore
One of the first production companies in Australia to specialise in branded entertainment has expanded, opening an office in Singapore.
Milkmoney, which produces content ranging from short digital clips to full broadcast TV series, is to use the city-state as a base from which to service clients in APAC.
A local leader of the Singapore office has yet to be announced.
“Many of our Australian clients require us to shoot on location around the world, but there is an essential need for specific representation in Asia,” said Matt Taylor, who founded Milkmoney in 2007 and is hiring talent for the Singapore office.
Milkmoney’s recent Asian projects include filming in Hong Kong, Japan and China with Octagon Singapore for ANZ Bank, working with Octagon’s Singaporean office to produce a pre-roll ad for MasterCard, and making content with the Brazilian football team in China.
I hear the company tax rates are also quite good there as well.
