Ben English to lead Adobe’s Australian marketing

ben_english_adobeAdobe has appointed former Microsoft veteran Ben English as group marketing director for Australia and New Zealand.

English held a series of senior marketing roles at Microsoft in the UK and Australia from 1997 to 2010.

Most recently he worked for SAP Australian User group AUG and at business incubator ATP Innovations.

He said: “I am looking forward to joining the Adobe team to help strengthen our presence and reputation in Australia and New Zealand by creating world-class integrated and impactful campaigns to support Adobe’s product suite.”

English will report in to Mark Phibbs, senior director of Adobe’s APAC marketing. Phibbs said: “Ben was the ideal candidate to lead the way in Australia and New Zealand as we continue to focus on driving communications and engaging with our customers across the region.”

English’s predecessor Calum Russell has moved to New York.
