Carly Rae Jepsen and One Direction have had the two most streamed music videos in Australia this year, according to MCM Media, which operates Australia’s biggest online video network.

Guy Sebastian was the only Australian in a top ten list – for Battle Scars featuring Lupe Fiasco.

Psy’s Gangnam Style video broke YouTube records, but it is not part of the VEVO network on YouTube, so doesn’t feature in the list.

The top ten streamed music videos in Australia, from January to November:

  2. One Thing One Direction (7,041,859)
  3. What Makes You Beautiful One Direction (5,448,511)
  4. Boyfriend Justin Bieber (2,976,135)
  5. Mirror ft. Bruno Mars Lil Wayne (2,870,009)
  6. Battle Scars Feat. Lupe Fiasco Guy Sebastian (2,840,536)
  7. Live While We’re Young One Direction (2,793,619)
  8. We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together Taylor Swift (2,555,727)
  9. Earthquake ft. Tinie Tempah Labrinth (2,403,868)
  10. Beauty and a Beat ft. Nicki Minaj Justin Bieber (2,319,402)

The data was compiled from MCM Media’s Digital Entertainment Network, which consists of 57 music entertainment sites including VEVO, VEVOYouTube, Take 40 AustraliaThe Hot Hits, and ARIA Charts.
