Chris Hemsworth’s The Huntsman: Winter’s War has topped the weekend box office, raking in $2.727m across 417 screens in its opening weekend.
Disney’s Zootopia held on to its second place position after making $2.646m across 384 screens over the weekend. Since its opening, the movie has pulled in $19.318m.
Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice was relegated to third place after grabbing $2.083m across 414 screens, taking its total local box office to $26.379.
My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 raked in $1.790m across 431 screens as Kung Fu Panda pulled in $1.435m across 431 screens.
