Clare Blake to present 4BC Afternoons
The Fairfax Radio Network has signed Brisbane radio personality Clare Blake to present the 4BC Afternoons program with Michael Price in place of former presenter Heather Stott.

Brisbane media personality Clare Blake returns to News Talk 4BC from Monday January 27, to host Afternoons with current presenter Michael Price.
Blake has 25 years’ experience working in radio and media throughout Queensland and interstate, including Canberra’s Today FM, B105 and Triple MMM in Brisbane, presenting weather at Channel Ten, and previously at 4BC.
“I adore 4BC. It’s a local radio station that’s all about Brisbane issues and the community, and it’s great to be part of the new line up. There is a great energy in the building,” Blake said.
“I’m thrilled to be hosting my favourite timeslot with Pricey. I’ve known him a long time and love Afternoons. It’s fun, local and you speak with great callers who ring in to take part in engaging News Talk 4BC General Manager Anthony Frangi said the team is looking forward to Clare Blake returning to the station.
“Clare is an experienced broadcaster who knows Brisbane and its people. Her energy, personality and passion for what she does will be a great addition to Afternoons. We have no doubt that listeners will warm to her again,” Frangi said.
Blake will be replacing Heather Stott who stepped down from her role as co-host of Afternoons due to 4BC Afternoons with Clare Blake and Michael Price airs weekdays from 12pm to 3pm and will deliver local news, information and entertainment, while tackling the issues that matter to Brisbane.
