Myer, Mercedes and Good Guys tops Roy Morgan’s customer satisfaction poll
Myer is the department store with the most satisfied customers, while Mercedes-Benz is the car brand that keeps its customers happiest, according to research from Roy Morgan.
The Good Guys, Internode, Michel’s Patisserie, Aldi, Virgin Mobile, Crowne Plaza and JB Hi-Fi topped their respective categories for the second consecutive year, at the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards in Melbourne last night.
The research was the result of a survey of around 50,000 Australian consumers, and 22,000 business decision makers over the year 2012.
