DMG’s Melbourne 91.5fm puts video ads on buses
DMG Radio Australia has launched a new marketing campaign for Melbourne station 91.5fm that will see video ads played on Melbourne’s buses.
The campaign, in partnership with In Transit Media, starts today and stretches across 40 screens on 27 bus routes.
The videos promotes the station’s music positioning and the variety of artists featured.
The station continues its relationship with Fairfax Media’s Melbourne Weekly and as well as partnership and sponsorship with Letterbox Deals, Destination Melbourne and Melbourne Heart FC.

Smart marketing DMG – heaps of people are listening to the radio on buses aren’t they.
I’m sorry, but is it a ‘partnership’ if you buy media these days? I was under the impression that’s called a media buy. I need to get the lingo right next time I buy media.
“The station continues its relationship with Fairfax Media’s Melbourne Weekly and as well as partnership and sponsorship with Letterbox Deals, Destination Melbourne and Melbourne Heart FC.” – So what? This might as well say ‘the station does other stuff too’.

Hi DuMbG,
Not sure i completely buy your logic there. If you only advertise when people are listening to the radio, haven’t you already done the job?
Cheers,
