Full service agency Noisy Beast, best known for its ads for Swisse, is PRing how effective its latest campaign for client All Day Socks has been, with swimmer Hayley Lewis as its star.
It’s led to a 20 per cent uplift in sales apparently.
Next up in the series is cricketer Mike Hussey. Dr Mumbo hopes they’ve got the factory working overtime to deal with whatever sales surge he can trigger.
Yep … they sold six pairs this week and only five last week.

I love Hayley Lewis but the dispassionate critic in me says the brand would do a lot better advertising its socks without the cankles.
Surely not every celebrity is always suitable for every role, every time.
