Remember, it's their first ad in Australia. They're trying to show us how big of a company they are and how many "beds" / hotels they sell. They refused to deal with the airline, and I had to do it all myself. Ten phone calls later I finally got it sorted. Never again. They need to address their policy and customer service deficit before worrying about slick and expensive ads!
