		<description>I don&#039;t think they were really aiming to show where you book matters in this case. Remember, it&#039;s their first ad in Australia. They&#039;re  trying to show us how big of a company they are and how many &quot;beds&quot; / hotels they sell. I thought it was a brilliant ad that put a smile on my face. Not to mention the entire thing was shot here in Australia!!!</description>

		<description>Booked a trip with Expedia recently and later had to change the dates because of events beyond my control - what a nightmare! They refused to deal with the airline, and I had to do it all myself. Ten phone calls later I finally got it sorted. Never again.
They need to address their policy and customer service deficit before worrying about slick and expensive ads!</description>
