Flourish opens doors in Sydney after winning Samsung CRM business

UK digital creative and planning agency Flourish is opening offices in Sydney after winning Samsung Electronics Australia’s digital CRM business after a 4-way pitch.

The announcement:

Established UK agency Flourish – a digital creative and planning agency, specialising in understanding complex customer journeys and driving action – has today announced that it is opening offices in Sydney.

The expansion comes on the back of securing Samsung Electronics Australia’s digital CRM business after a 4-way pitch. Flourish has been selected to support the brand as it further evolves its digital customer offering and communication program.

Philip Newton, Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Samsung Electronics Australia, said, “We look forward to working with Flourish as we further develop our customer engagement program and extend our capabilities in digital CRM.”

With bases in Australia and the UK Flourish is an attractive proposition for clients. Not only can they leverage the deep experience Flourish has gained by working with some of the UK’ biggest commercial and not-for-profit clients, with the ability to service work while Australia sleeps, the agency promises quick turnaround times.

Rich Hartson, Flourish’s Joint Managing Director and Co-Founder commented: “We are delighted to win the Samsung pitch and open offices in Sydney. We are looking forward to applying our experience to produce successful campaigns. We are also looking to build the agency with additional new business wins and apply our customer journey experience to more Australian clients.”

Flourish opens its doors with Michael Potter as Customer Experience Director and Cat Henderson as Campaign Manager. Michael’s extensive CRM and digital marketing experience was gained with Appliances Online and Harvey Norman. Prior to that he worked for the UK National Lottery. Cat has previously managed digital campaigns for clients at Republica Organic and Harvey Norman.

More hirings are in the pipeline as the agency looks to build on its success and secure new business in Australia.
