Former senior radio executives Brad March and Dan Bradley have launched a new talent management company titled Connected Management.

The agency will focus primarily on on-air radio talent and includes key Kiis talent Jackie O, of Sydney’s ‘Kyle & Jackie O’ program, and Robin Bailey of Brisbane’s ‘Robin, Terry & Bob’ breakfast program.

Marc, a former CEO of Austereo, said the agency would have a limited number of clients: “While there are larger talent management companies around, we saw an opportunity for a boutique approach focused specifically on radio talent.”

Other talent on the roster includes breakfast hosts Tom & Olly at Star FM in Albury, and Ryan Jon at Hit104.7 Canberra.

“We not only oversee radio talents’ careers but also coach and direct them,” March said. “We are very excited to be working with this small group of highly-talented breakfast personalities.”

March is managing director of Connected Management and in addition to being a former CEO of Austereo is also a former group program director for both Austereo and ARN.

Bradley is a director of Connected Management and also retains a role in international radio consultancy Kaizen Media. He was previously a senior programming executive with Nova Entertainment and Austereo.

Bradley said: “In a busy and fragmented media environment, high-calibre talent are fundamental to the success of any brand. We’re extremely proud of and excited about the talent we have on Connected and look forward to seeing their respective careers continue to grow.”

Jake Challenor, founder of Social Family Group, will oversee sponsorship and social media strategy for Connected Management talent.
