Frank, Rocky and Misty check in for Stayz to help promote pet-friendly properties
Accommodation site Stayz is promoting its pet friendly properties with the help of dogs Frank and Rocky and a cat named Misty.
Brightworks has created a series of content videos to run across Facebook, YouTube and Google which feature the dog double act and feline giving the once over to properties which are happy to cater to pets.
Called the pawz campaign it also features social media engagement with pet owners given the chance to win a stay at Stayz property. To enter, pet owners must post a photo of their furry companions on Stayz Facebook timeline, Twitter or Instagram, using the hashtag #Stayzpawz and explain in 25 words or less why they are worthy winners of the overnight stay.
Stayz Australia traveller marketing manager Amee Evans said: “At Stayz, we’re proud to be able to offer thousands of unique, pet friendly holiday rentals across Australia.
“The Stayz Pawz campaign allows us to communicate the flexibility that families are looking for in an engaging and entertaining form. With the help of Frank, Rocky and Misty, we hope to inspire memorable holiday experiences for the whole family.”
A landing page has also been created to promote the campaign.

Stayz should spend less money on marketing and more on user-experience. The website is a piece of junk in comparison to Airbnb and as far as I’m aware their app lacks any owner admin functionality.
I use Stayz both as a host and a guest, but it infuriates me.
I can’t believe they paid $220 million to buy Stayz and then let it go downhill.
