Gruen Transfer sells conscription

The Gruen Transfer returns to its normal format this Wednesday, with young creatives challenged to sell the idea of a return to national conscription.

During the election campaign The Gruen Transfer dropped its usual format of talking about how ads are created to focus on the marketing of politics as Gruen Nation.

The ad above for The Pitch was created by Victorian Youngbloods. They take on the NSW Youngbloods. The Gruen Transfer is at 9pm on ABC1 on Wednesday. This week’s guests are Dan Gregory and Dee Madigan.

  8. Hi Tom,

I’m not sure what you mean. This is the clip that the ABC has published on their YouTube channel. I’ve no idea if it’s the winner of The Pitch or not. Like you, I haven’t seen the show yet.

If you don’t approve of people showing trailers for shows, I suspect yopu don’t get to watch much television at all.

    Cheers,

    Tim – Mumbrella

  14. No worries, Tom. Good show last night, I thought. Russel’s revelation that he visualises himself as the product was particularly entertaining…

    Cheers,
