Ikon Melbourne looks to L’Oreal and JetStar for new staff
Ikon’s Melbourne office has made a trio of hires, among them media executives from L’Oreal and JetStar.
Eliza Briscoe joins as a business director in January. She was media controller at L’Oreal for a two-year stint and, prior to that, a business director at Mindshare.
Stephen Benrad will also joining in the new year as trading director after four years as media manager at Jetstar. Benrad replaces Nathan Cook, who moved to Maxus Melbourne in August.
Also new to the STW Group media agency is Adam Lucking as performance director from UK digital agency Sticky Eyes. He joins with a brief to boost the agency’s data credentials.
Ikon Melbourne boss Trudi Sampola said: “These appointments represent another step in the transformation of Ikon in Melbourne bringing senior skills to the business from both client and agency side. We are so chuffed to have three amazingly skilled and credentialed directors joining the team here; 2013 is looking bright!”
Ikon’s Melbourne office has around 20 staff.
Having worked with Eliza, I can safely say that Ikon will be a bigger force with her now involved
