iProspect appoints new strategy director and operations manager

iProspect has promoted Bowan Spanbroek to national strategy director and Huxley Stewart to national head of operations.

The announcement:

iProspect, global leader in digital performance marketing, has strengthened its Australian leadership team with the promotion of Bowan Spanbroek to National Strategy Director and Huxley Stewart to National Head of Operations.

The promotions support iProspect’s diversifying product suite and the sophisticated level of talent that is required to manage it.

Dan Kalinski, iProspect’s National Managing Director said, “These new roles are an important move for iProspect, setting us up operationally to be the best performance agency in Australia and supporting our global ambition to be the world’s most influential digital performance agency.”

“Bowan and Huxley have long been stand-out employees in our business and I am confident that they both have what it takes to excel in their respective roles and have a real impact on iProspect’s success going forward.”

Speaking of his appointment, Bowan said, “The application of solid, data-led strategy is key to being able to appeal to the right person at the right time; reducing wasted ad spend and improving the consumers’ conversion to purchase or action. Investing in this space gives us the best approach in a competitive market place and puts our clients in the best position to capitalise and grow.”

Huxley said, “One of the best things about working in a digital agency is the ability to have exposure to many different industries and my new role is an extension of this. Being able to understand more verticals and what makes them tick is key to really understanding our clients’ businesses and the better our business acumen is, the stronger our relationships become.”

Both roles will service the business and its clients nationally.
