Accounts Assistant

The Hausmann Group (an independent public relations and communications agency group comprising Hausmann Communications, Open Haus and Health Haus) is seeking a fantastic new Accounts Assistant to join our busy Accounts Department.

Skills Required:
• Minimum 2-3 years accounts experience
• Experienced in Pegasus accounting software system plus excellent Microsoft skills/experience

Excel and MYOB skills
• Fluent English and excellent communications skills essential
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task
• Methodical and organised
• Able to work autonomously
• Previous experience in communications agencies highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Receivable – JCR’s, billings, debtors
• Accounts Payable – processing invoices, reconciliations & payment runs
• Credit Card reconciliations

Reporting to Finance Director.

The ideal candidate must be reliable and professional and able to work full-time.

Salary $55-65K inclusive of super.
