Job Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate who enjoys working in a team to join one of the agency’s fastest growing departments.
The Business Manager is responsible for planning, buying and management of campaign deliverables across their client portfolio.
* Manage & lead planning, neogtiation amd buying across all channels.
* Delivery of all buying strategies ensuring that the core principles of the buying process are applied.
* To develop media solutions and initiatives to deliver the best.
* To lead key client relationships
* To train and develop all Senior/Executives team members.
Success Criteria:
* 4 years plus media experience
* Experience in planning and buying implementation in both online/offline
* High level of media buying/negotiation skills
* Excellent knowledge of the media marketplace
* Have a confident and supportive style
* Strong client servicing skills
* Strong financial and numerical acuteness
* Excellent presentation & communication skills
* Developing management skills
* Excellent problem solving and attention to detail
