CRM Systems Specialist – Global travel brand

The Company:
A well known travel business that represents reputable National & International brands is looking for a CRM Systems Super Star that will see you being responsible for CRM systems platform maintenance, development, efficient CRM campaign operations and reporting and providing CRM technical capability to the commercial team. This is a multi-brand role servicing requirements for all the brands that the business represents in the Australian market.
The challenge:
We are seeking a CRM specialist with at least 5+ years experience in a CRM systems position (in a technical capacity) who will bring:
• experience working on technical aspects of a CRM automation project, lead nurture or loyalty program
• strong experience managing CRM platforms or development of CRM platforms
• strong understanding of customer data and regulatory data requirements
• experience with MS Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint and SQL
• very strong communication skills, with the ability to explain highly technical solutions to non-technical people
Specific responsibilities will include:
• the technical supervision for CRM database of over 1 million records across all brands
• ensure relevant customer data flows are set up and maintained across customer systems to aid in any customer data automation initiatives
• manage the delivery of data for CRM campaigns as briefed by brand teams and the process to import external customer lists as required
• provide CRM reporting to assist in driving the direct marketing strategy for customer targeting, control groups and maximising ROI
• work with E-Business and IT teams to facilitate backend data flows and technical data solutions required to deliver commercial projects
• manage the requirements, execution, testing and ongoing performance of CRM system development projects
• ensure CRM system operations are running efficiently, including mitigating and addressing technical or process issues that prevent a smooth operation
