Field Sales Account Manager
The Company
A great opportunity is available with a leading global multimedia giant. Working with a stellar team, your key role and focus will be to increase new direct business revenue across a media portfolio of print and online offerings. You will do this via a multitude of channels, including cold calling, networking, and utilisation of prospect lists.
The Role
Working closely with your line manager your role will include but not be exclusive to :
· Maximising sales revenue from your area to meet budget.
· Developing a contact plan to maximise opportunities to access customers
· Working collaboratively with the Customer Solutions Team to develop creative solutions that meet prospective customer needs
· Following up all prospective leads
· Position and present well prepared and researched advertising packages to customers
· Understand category specific trends to determine growth opportunities
· Deliver revenue, yield and market share targets
· Develop a customer Development Plan for every customer
· Keep abreast of media transformation and multiplatform offerings.
The Successful candidate
Will be driven, energetic, proactive and personable; a team player who also works autonomously when the need arises. You must be motivated by exceeding sales targets and performance goals to succeed in this role.
Ideally you should have at least a years experience in Media Sales within business development or a related solution focused sales role. Having a strong ability to communicate, build rapport, and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
