No joy in radio shortlist, Melbourne agencies do well in promo and activation at Spikes

Australia failed to make the cut in the Radio category at Spikes Asia, however it did do well in the Promo and activation category, with Melbourne agencies leading the way.

Cummins & Partner’s promo for ADMA’s Creative Fuel Conference made the cut, alongside Whybin\TBWA Melbourne’s ANZ GAYTMs campaign.

Leo Burnett Melbourne was shortlisted for its Honda H20 work and its Learnings from Seek Learnings campaign. The Sydney office’s work for the Samsung’s S-Drive program also made the cut.

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne had three campaigns shortlisted across the various sub-categories, including its Melbourne Remote Control Tourist work and its Video Stamp for Australia Post.

DDB Melbourne’s Radiant Return work and Minute of Silence were also shortlisted alongside Grey Melbourne’s Wipe of 5 work  and its Ungiven Gifts campaign for the Transport Accident Commission.

GPY&R Brisbane’s Mozzie Box, McCann Melbourne’s Phubbing for Macquarie Dictionary and Ogilvy Melbourne’s Dupe for Yarra Valley Water rounded out the Australian contenders.
