JWT launches property operation

Advertising agency JWT is attempting to tap into Australia’s real estate boom and has launched a new specialised division aimed at attracting property companies.  

Initially launching in New South Wales, with ambitions to target Victoria, JWT Property will be aimed at the residential, retirement and commercial property sectors.

It will be headed up by business director Clive Hayes, who has spent the last 12 years specialising in property accounts.

Announcing the launch CEO Noel Magnus said: ‘The property marketing sectors are significant, yet largely untapped by the larger agencies. I believe JWT’s considerable strength in strategic brand building, together with Clive’s sector specific experience, create a formidable combination’. If the business proves to be as successful as we envisage, we will expand JWT Property into the Victorian market.”

Hayes said: “There’s an increasing priority from both developers and shareholders to give Property communication a sharper edge Consumers are more astute than ever before – they will easily discard the mundane and irrelevant.”
