Looking for a job? Well why not launch your own ‘integrated communications campaign’
The static CV is so 2009. That is according to one digital PR specialist who has created what he claims is “Asia Pacific’s first interactive resume” utilising Google’s Maps application.
Toby Hemming, who currently works as corporate communications manager for BSkyB in the UK, is plotting a move to Australia and has decided the best way to demonstrate his technical PR and communications skills is through his CV.
That is, he’s used Google Maps as part of his very own “integrated communications campaign” – complete with a press release – alongside a personal website and a bespoke Twitter account.
It seems he’s thought of everything – bar setting up a Facebook fan page.
Who needs a recruitment agency when you can sell yourself across the platforms you already use in your occupation? Inspired stuff. Now, all he needs is a job…
Or this one..

So, is it Toby or Ed?
I’m assuming given the double up but with the same last name that this is a stunt by a company?

Yes, it may well be the first “Asia Pacific’s first interactive resume” because it is a knock off of Ed Hamilton’s Google maps CV curently at http://l0n.eu/gglcv1
