Maxus to launch ‘new content offering’ under new head of innovation Shivani Maharaj

Shivani MaharajGroupM media agency Maxus has announced it will launch a new “content offering” in the coming weeks, promoting Shivani Maharaj to head the new division.

Maharaj has come across from sister agency Mediacom and will take the new role of head of innovation and partnerships and will be charged with building out the new content marketing play.

Maxus would not elaborate with details of the new offering, flagged in a statement from CEO Jon Chadwick who said: “I’m delighted to have someone of Shivani’s calibre join Maxus. We have ambitious plans to grow the business and I have no doubt Shivani will have a massive impact as we develop our product and clients”.

Maharaj is an experienced media agency executive, having worked across implementation planning and investment over nine years on clients including PharmaCare, Audi Australia, Canon Australia and Trimex.

This new role will see Maharaj build the sponsorship offering of the media agency as well as helping Maxus develop its new content marketing proposition.

Maharaj said: “I was drawn to the entrepreneurial and passionate culture at Maxus, and I’m excited about joining a talented bunch of people doing what I love most – creative and innovative work that drives results.”
