Chapman: 7 years at M&C

Doogie Chapman, the creative director of M&C Saatchi Melbourne, has resigned after seven years with the agency.

M&C confirmed the news, and said that a replacement had not yet been found.

Chapman was promoted to CD following the departure of Steve Crawford in 2010. He joined M&C Saatchi in June 2006 as a senior writer.

He was behind recent campaigns for legal firm Slater & Gordon, Tennis Australia and the Guten Tag Australia ads for Opel.

Chapman is leaving the agency to take some time out from the industry, Mumbrella understands.
