  16. Mark Scott talks about the ABC partnering with the best talent in the country. But he fails to talk about (of instance) the talented post-production people he has on staff that are continually told they are not allowed to work on co-productions. What sort of message are you sending to your staff, and is that the official ABC policy? If that is indeed the case be honest with your staff and make it clear that careers at the ABC are restrained to what they, the ABC will allow you to work on.
