I totally agree with the HR comment and believe it definitely has it’s place in any workplace and especially in agencies where employees are overworked and underpaid and it’s so true about how Friday night drinks is what all agencies think are the answer to stressed our employees and FYI — it’s not.

Gosh, senior industry figures telling us how taking a break is healthy…..not everyone works long hours through passion, more often than not it’s through fear of losing their job if they don’t put in crazy hours. The question was what they intended to do to help reduce stress – no one answered that

Wonder how many agencies encouraged staff to action Go Home on Time Day???
