Naked Communications Melbourne makes three hires

The Melbourne office of Naked Communications has made three hires, including an ‘expression director’.

Anna Reynolds takes on the role of expression director – a project manager whose job is to ensure that ideas are properly expressed – from Red Bull, where she was communications manager.

Also new to the company is Andrew Reeves, who joins as communications director from Zenith Optimedia Melbourne, and Mel Ross, a former consultant, who joins as strategy director.

The hires come off the back of organic growth from existing clients and soon to be announced new business wins, according to the Enero-owned strategy agency. Among those will be a project for the Transport Accident Commission, which is to roll out next week.

Naked now has around 20 staff in Melbourne, including freelancers, and has just moved into new offices, relocating to Newton Street in Cremorne.

Matt Houltham, MD of Naked Communications Melbourne said: “The Naked brand is a like a magnet for attracting the best brilliant misfits in the market place. People who are exceptionally talented, but feel they don’t quite fit in traditional agency structures. With Mel, Anna and Andrew we have three exciting additions to the team.”
