Naked Communications has continued its recent run of wins picking up the full-service creative account for the Victorian Metropolitan Fire and Emergency Service Board (MFB) and the Country Fire Authority (CFA) has awarded Naked Communications its full-service creative account following a competitive pitch.

Naked will create and implement a creative, PR, experiential, social and digital home fire safety campaign.

Naked Melbourne MD Tom Ward said: “Although the Australian summer is the season for bushfires, it is also important to be fire alert around the home as house fires happen all year round. It’s an important message for the community and we’re proud to work with the MFB and CFA to raise awareness of how easy it is for house fires to start and what Victorians can do to reduce the risks.”

The appointment follows the Naked Sydney office winning the Red Rooster full service account and the appointment of new creative directors for both offices, with  Tristan Graham promoted to the role within the Melbourne office.

MFB director corporate communications Tricia Wunsch said: “We are excited this year to be using the digital space and in particular social media elements to promote home fire safety in an innovative way and look forward to working with Naked Communications.”
