It also doesn't help that they've spent 28 seconds re-enforcing the generic problems that any type of travel insurance is designed to cover. This type of advertising is appearing quite a bit lately - "ANZ Barbara" is another example. Whilst it's mildly entertaining - it doesn't provide anything memorable or believable to attach to the brand. And that is the point of advertising. But that's just my opinion.
