NewsLifeMedia will launch lifetstyle site Buro247.com.au early next year having licensed the brand from founder Miroslava Duma.

Buro 24/7 is a culture, lifestyle and fashion digital news bureau with the Australian site set to publish original content while also leveraging the global resources of the brand.

NewsLifeMedia CEO Nicole Sheffield said: “We are thrilled to be launching Buro 24/7 to the Australian market. Miroslava Duma is a global fashion and lifestyle force, in fact more Australians are searching her name than the total combined search for our competitive set, so we know that there is already a keen appetite for her brand in Australia.

“NewsLifeMedia is committed to bringing Australia the best digital and social content from around the world. Vogue Australia leads in the prestige womens market in this country and our aim for Buro247.com.au is for it to work hand-in-hand with vogue.com.au in terms of scale and lead in the ‘masstige’ womens market. These brands don’t just comment on and interpret trends, they create them.”

The publisher has assets including fashion magazines Vogue and GQ in its portfolio and is set to be aimed at a younger affluent female market.

The Australian site will launch with its own editorial team, with founder Miroslava Duma visitng Australia in time for Australian Fashion Week.

Duma said: “We are honoured to announce the launch of Buro 24/7 Australia in partnership with NewsLifeMedia, an innovative and forward thinking company with an impeccable reputation and a great professional team. We anticipate this partnership to be extremely fruitful and longstanding.

“Australia has been on our radar for some time now as we love its vibrant culture, wonderfully warm people and its unique and fast growing fashion scene. We hope that the launch of Buro 24/7 Australia will break down barriers and open the world up to all that Australia has to offer in fields of fashion/culture/lifestyle and much more.”

Buro 24/7 currently operates in six regions including Russia, Central Eastern Europe, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the Middle East.
