Nine unveils The Voice partners for 2014

Nine Entertainment has unveiled The Voice’s commercial partners for 2014.

The announcement:

Nine Entertainment Co. has announced the major partners joining The Voice, Australia’s hottest entertainment show, when it returns for its third season on Channel Nine.

Ford Australia, Vodafone, AustralianSuper and Swisse will be joined by Qantas, KFC and Commonwealth Bank as national sponsors of the show. NRMA Insurance will partner in Sydney and Brisbane, with SGIO and Edith Cowan University partnering in Perth.

Peter Wiltshire, Group Sales & Marketing Director, NEC, said: “We’re delighted that Ford Australia, Vodafone, Swisse and AustralianSuper have re-signed for season three, and we look forward to delivering outstanding results for our newest partners Qantas, KFC, CBA, NRMA Insurance, SGIO and Edith Cowan University.

“At Nine we’re extraordinarily proud of The Voice. It’s been a hit for the past two seasons and we believe that this year it will be stronger than ever. With Australia’s greatest untapped talent being discovered, and global stars Kylie Minogue and will.i.am joining returning Coaches Ricky Martin and Joel Madden, this is the season to watch and partner with The Voice.”

Lizzie Young, Director of Content and Brand Integration, also welcomed the announcement.

“No matter where you are in Australia, The Voice is appointment viewing. We’re excited that NEC’s sales and integration experts from Nine, Mi9 and powered can work with Shine to provide our partners with unique and innovative campaigns that reach The Voice’s huge and highly engaged audience,” Ms Young said.

Key Partnership Arrangements

Ford Australia is back highlighting Australia’s first Smart Utility Vehicle, the Ford Kuga. Returning with its Discover More campaign and giving fans of The Voice more behind-the-scenes digital content, Ford will also introduce viewers to its all new city-sized Ford EcoSport SUV through a consumer promotion featuring a “money can’t buy” experience with one of The Voice’s superstar Coaches.

Global partner of The Voice, Vodafone, will bring back HomeCoach. Bigger and better than last year, HomeCoach provides two ways to play and win, with viewers granted exclusive access to upcoming performances via the new Preview Game, where they can predict which Artists will progress as well as playing along with the show in real time. The Vodafone HomeCoach app is now available to download from Google Play and the App Store.

As the official airline partner, Qantas will provide flights for The Voice’s Artists, family and friends. Later in the series Qantas will also be part of a major, top-secret integrated execution that will have viewers on the edge of their seats.

AustralianSuper will kick-start the dream career of one lucky Australian. Their campaign will encourage viewers to think about their own financial future as they kick-start their careers.

“With an average audience of two million Australians in 2013, The Voice delivers exceptional results for brands. In 2014 it will continue to entertain and surprise viewers while connecting them to these amazing brands,” Mr Wiltshire said.
