OMD Brisbane promotes Rob Swinton to MD and head of strategy

Media agency OMD has today announced it will promote Rob Swinton to the dual role of managing director and head of strategy for its Brisbane office.
Swinton was previously GM and strategy director.
Peter Horgan, CEO OMD Australia said: “Rob has been fundamental to the growth of OMD Brisbane over the last 5 years. With his strategic pedigree, enthusiasm for emerging channels, and management experience, Rob is the ideal candidate to take OMD Brisbane forward”.
Swinton will replace Julie Maher, who leaves the business after five years at the helm.
