Two things spring to mind here - 1) Are we expecting drivers to be looking so intently at the billboard to see the minor effects? i notice the camerman zoomed in and even still there was little &quot;effect&quot; - just a convuluted mess of a billboard. 
and 2)Is this poor execution a reflection on the poor execution fo the film (it actually looks awesome)
I reckon they should have put flashing light bulbs around it  - better execution than this and at least we&#039;d get a chuckle for it being so bad, rather than people not taking any notice to realise how bad it is</description>
