Reactive makes senior appoints in client services division

Digital agency Reactive has made five senior appointments within its client services division at both its Melbourne and Sydney offices.

The announcement:

Award-winning independent digital agency, Reactive has made five senior appointments recently within its Client Services Division at both its Melbourne and Sydney offices, four of them women.

Reactive has recently promoted Rebecca Zemunik from Client Services Director to General Manager of its Melbourne headquarters, which is Reactive’s biggest office with 95 staff, reporting directly to the co-founders, Tim O’Neill and Tim Fouhy.

Stephanie Webster has been appointed as Group Account Director in the Melbourne office from direct competitor Isobar, where she worked for the past seven years, most recently as Senior Account Director.  She also launched the Melbourne arm of SheSays, an industry group advancing women in the creative industry.

Tim O’Neill, Reactive Co-founder and Joint Managing Director believes there are some extremely talented women at the top of their game in the digital sector in Australia and he is delighted to have appointed a number of them into senior positions.

Joining from technology giant Oracle/Responsys, where she was Senior Manager, Customer Success for 5 years, Megan Last has been appointed as Account Director at Reactive’s Melbourne office.

Ashley Easteal who was Digital Campaign Manager at Target has been appointed as Senior Account Manager within the Client Services team and is also based in the Melbourne office.

Gavin Stewart, who was Account Director at McCann in Sydney, has been appointed recently as Senior Account Director at Reactive in Sydney.

Tim O’Neill said: “It’s not just the Melbourne office that is expanding; we are thrilled to have appointed Gavin to our Sydney team, based in Surry Hills.”

“It’s great to see some really talented people rising to the senior roles within Reactive and in the digital sector in Australia generally. In order to create better digital customer experiences, we need to find and employ the best client-facing people around and I think we’ve done that with these new recruits and promotions,” O’Neill concluded.
