Red Agency wins Debitsuccess
Public relations firm Red Agency has won a brief to promote the billing services of Debitsuccess.

Melbourne: International direct debit company Debitsuccess has appointed Red Agency to promote its billing services to Australian businesses.
Debitsuccess is one of the largest direct debit initiators in Australia, servicing a wide range of industries to provide them with the flexibility to completely outsource the management of customer billing and credit control.
It initiates more than 18 million transactions annually for more than 1,200 businesses with a value in excess of $1 billion.
Debitsuccess Chief Executive Davin Miller said Red Agency has the right B2B credentials he was looking for.
“We were impressed with the range of ideas Red Agency suggested and the results they had received for similar clients,” Mr Miller said.
“In any one day, we can be dealing with sports clubs, education facilities or online retailers so it was pivotal that our preferred communications partner has a broad knowledge of the many sectors we operate in,” Mr Miller said.
