Reno Rumble lifts slightly on debut but still only draws a third of my Kitchen Rules audience

Reno-RumbleNine’s reality renovation TV show Reno Rumble has lifted on its debut audience pulling 453,000 metro viewers last night.

The result left the show in 21st spot yesterday but was up on a poor debut, where the show drew only 395,000 viewers, but still well below rival Seven’s My Kitchen Rules which had 1.41m in the 7.30pm slot last night.

The result will be a disappointment for Nine which was relying on Reno Rumble to lift its audience after a disappointing start to the year with Australia’s Got Talent.

Seven’s controversial new relationships show Seven Year Switch drew 760,000 viewers last night down on last week where it drew 858,000 viewers.

Ten’s highest rating program of the night was NCIS which had 598,000 viewers.

Seven won the 6pm news bulletin with 1.004m viewers to Nine’s 977,000 viewers while Nine won the 6.30pm bulletin with 908,000 to Seven’s 906,000 viewers.

In main channel audience share Seven won the night with 25% share, Nine had 15.5% Ten had 14.1% and the ABC 12.4%.
