Research on the media habits of women to be revealed as part of the Publish conference

Publish_LOGOnodates_FNLBauer Media will be revealing exclusive research on the media habits of women at next month’s Publish conference.

Justin Stone, Bauer’s director of research will be presenting the exclusive research,  while Allure Media’s group publisher of Popsugar Australia Alison Rice and Mamamia head of research and insights Dr Rebecca Huntley, will be presenting separate case-studies sharing what they do to successfully reach the 18-34 year old female audience.

The Messenger Group CEO Lisa Messenger also returns to talk about how she has grown the magazine The Collective one year on since she announced its international expansion plans.

She will be joined by co-creator of The Chaser Quarterly Charles Firth, who recently announced plans to return to print after a decade long hiatus.

Meanwhile, a panel of industry leaders will close the conference to discuss the key issues impacting the digital and print publishing industry.

Speakers include NewsLifeMedia CEO Nicole Sheffield. Pacific Magazines CEO and MPA chairman Peter Zavecz and Mediacom’s chief investment officer Nicole Turley.

The Publish Conference takes place on October 21 at Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf in Sydney. Earlybird tickets which include free access to the Publish Networking Forum are on sale until September 30, with savings of up to $320. The Networking Forum on October 20 will be held at Doltone House, Hyde Park.

The conference will be followed by the Publish Awards on the evening of October 21. The awards celebrates the best in consumer, B2B and custom publishing across print and digital. Now in their 19th year, the Publish Awards began life as magazine industry body Publishers Australia’s Bell Awards, before being renamed the Excellence Awards.
