Rob Morrison resurfaces at restructured OgilvyOne

Hill, Morrison, Holland, Kissane

Former Shift direct creative director Rob Morrison has resurfaced at fellow STW Group agency OgilvyOne.

Morrison, who departed Shift after four months in January to go freelance, joins a new-look OgilvyOne management line-up that sees business directors Sally Kissane and Michelle Holland both promoted to managing partner, a new role.

Jason Hill remains in place as head of strategy.

The appointments follow a global search. Kissane and Holland will report in to Ogilvy Australia’s chairman Tom Moult.

Moult said in a press release: “As a management team there are few challenges that this team hasn’t seen. They have deep experience in virtually every industry and dedicated capabilities in both B2B and B2C. The size and scale of our OgilvyOne offering means we can invest in deep capabilities versus generalists.”

On Morrison, Holland noted: “Rob’s record of effectiveness driven creative is second to none and we are thrilled to have him on the team. His absolute focus on ROI for clients is a perfect fit with our culture of delivering deep insight, creative innovation and best practice for our clients.”

Kissane said the main focus for the agency was to strengthen OgilvyOne’s ties with the global network and tap into resources such as digital agency DTDigital, digital media planning and buying agency Neo@Ogilvy and newly rebranded Social@Ogilvy.
