Saatchi & Saatchi launches Christmas campaign for RSPCA
Creative agency Saatchi and Saatchi has created its first work for new client RSPCA to encourage people to donate at Christmas.
The campaign tells the story of three different animals being mistreated by their owners and ends with the emotional line “without you, this is the end of [animal X]’s story.”
The work uses a biro drawing-style graphical treatment and features children narrating the story of each animal from a first person point of view. The campaign calls for donations and also gives people the option of donating on behalf of someone as a Christmas gift.
Saatchi and Saatchi won the RSPCA account in June.
I’ve heard the radio ads. Absolute crap. I stopped the direct debit to them as a result and I won’t be donating again.

@Hoin – Seriously? You would punish a charity that does important work simply because you don’t like their radio ads? Lame. And shame on you.

Agree with you 100% Bowser. If this is true Hoin, you are a sad, bitter person. By any chance do you work for an agency who lost the account or one that pitched and missed out?

Hoin I hope your donation was bigger than your heart.

Hoin – You do realise the donation goes to the charity, not directly to the agency that made the ad right? Not that I believe you anyway… such a sad, bitter person would never donate to a charity, much less care about the welfare of animals.
