Strike Bowling offers to rescue Aussie companies from terrible Xmas parties
Offices around Australia have the chance to win a Christmas party at Strike Bowling – if they tell the company why their Christmas party needs saving.
The campaign comes off the back of a social media competition that ran earlier in the year that asked Australian businesses to name their worst Christmas party experiences – which have been made into a 60-second film.
The agency behind the campaign was Melbourne-based Loud&Clear.
Agency producer Joel Beath said: “It’s universal, most people will identify with the narrator, we’ve all looked around an office Christmas party at some point in our careers and thought, this is terrible. If you haven’t, you’re really lucky, or you’re one of the people that our respondents are talking about’.”
Strike Bowling is offering a party for one viewer and 25 of their colleagues at any of eleven nationwide venues. Entrants need to supply their own experience of a terrible Christmas party.
Oh god, it’s all a bit too real isn’t it!
