The one thing that Dr Mumbo never expected was that the agonising Down, Down Coles ad would make an impact on music culture. However, it turns out that creator Ted Horton really is an arbiter of cool.

As a former wedding DJ (yes, really), I’m more than aware of that song without needing Google… Coles also used a remake of Down Town by Petula Clarke. But it doesn’t acually change the point being made here… still, thanks for playing…

The word you may not have noticed in the centre of that sentence you’ve just quoted is “ad”
