Dr Mumbo does like Sydney Mix 106.5’s new breakfast cereal campaign.
Even if it did look vaguely familiar…
Still, Dr Mumbo supposes that’s what happens when you go for the most bleedin obvious way of promoting a breakfast show….

I think you end up looking like a boring breakfast cereal, not the entertaining offering you’re trying desperately to be. This ‘original idea’ gets presented to radio stations from creative agency’s all the time. At least Nova’s work looks like it was trying to take the piss.

I recall Doug Mulray launched the cereal Mullos back in the day and it had probably been done by 2SM prior to that.
There’s a reason people recycle ideas..they work.I think it’s a fair attempt at launching a new show.
