It’s because the people on the show are mean. Not just bitchy for entertainment purposes, but mean. I stopped watching My Kitchen Rules because the contestants were mean. Stopped watching The Biggest Loser because they were mean. I don’t want to come home from work, turn on the TV and watch horrible people. It’s not funny, because it’s real. I appreciate there needs to be some level of drama, but when it goes from the occasional bitchy remark to people being legit mean to each other every episode, it’s just not enjoyable to watch anymore.

This show started back in 1999. My Year 7 French Class was devoted to it.

The most irritating thing about reality tv is when the contestants do their “piece” to the camera. It is really condescending. They say the most obvious like we the viewers are really stupid. Beside I know who the mole is – Its the nasty teenager from 1987 that I went to school with (lol)!!!!
