But when the headline you put on your job ad is: “Pssst, hey you..yes you, r u a Seriously RAD PHP Dev???” then you probably deserve it.
Particularly if you then continue “Nice clicking, well you now need to read and apply for this seriously RAD role. Actually we have 4 of them, so if you want pure PHP RADNESS then this is totally bangingly RAD.”
The ad, from Big Wave Digital, then continues with words like “uber cool” before concluding “Hey, good luck dudes and dudettes!”
