Victorian government retains Mitchells and ZO after year-long review

The Victorian government has announced the results of its media tender after a review lasting almost a year – but the agency line up remains unchanged.

The outcome of the review, which covers key accounts such as the Transport Accident Commission, sees ZenithOptimedia and Mitchell & Partners retain the business.

Mitchells has been assigned the campaign portion, losing functional services duties to ZO, which will also handle buying recruitment.

The Victorian government was unavailable for comment at the time of writing, but Mitchells and ZO both confirmed the news.
