WiTH Collective restructures management team
WiTH Collective’s Lauren Boyce and Lara Hally promoted
Independent creative agency WiTH Collective has undergone a restructure of its management team.
Hally Lara has been bumped up to general manager while Lauren Boyce has been moved to client services director.
Lara joined the agency in July 2012 as senior planner while Boyce joined in November 2012 from DDB Sydney.
The CEO of WiTH Collective Justin Hind said: “As a young independent start up it’s hard to let a little control go to others, but that’s essential if we are to continue to grow and scale the business as well as investing in the careers and progression plans of our staff.”
Prior to joining in July, Lara was at M&C Saatchi/Mark for three years working across Optus, Qantas and Woolworths.
At DDB Sydney, Boyce’s lead client was Volkswagen’s digital business.
WiTH Collective was launched in July 2010 by Dominique and Justin Hind. The company’s clients include Bonds, McWilliams Wines, Canon and Lenovo.
